Internal Sales Advisor (fulltime)

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Job description

  • Within an enthusiastic team of entrepreneurial colleagues, you will be responsible for your assigned geographical markets.
  • You are the first point of contact for questions from B2B customers as well as external sales and the sales management.
  • You follow up the complete flow of orders and inform the customer and the internal organisation where necessary.
  • You provide commercial support to external sales, follow up on quotations and samples. You will also have the opportunity to attend relevant European trade fairs.
  • You focus on further and deeper market penetration of Bekina® Boots, forming a solid tandem with the various external sales with whom you actively work the markets.
  • You are closely involved in operational planning together with your colleagues from production, logistics and quality.

What we expect from you

  • You ensure high customer satisfaction and feel committed.
  • You are great at multitasking and proactive thinking.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a first work experience is a strong plus.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English (speaking and writing). You can also express yourself adequately in French.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP package and CRM is definitely a plus.
  • You can work both independently and in a team.
