Over recent years, Bekina has implemented a lot of innovations in the field of machines, working methods and processes as well as the way we relate to each other. It's part of how we continuously strive for the most efficient use of people and resources.
We recognise the importance of innovation from an HR perspective too. Moreover, it directly contributes to the greater well-being of our employees. Thanks to new technologies and different ways of working, our employees are able to improve and expand their skills and capacities, which in turn ensures more variety in their work and ultimately better job satisfaction too. In short, it results in better working conditions.
Our own HR Department also works continuously to introduce automation and innovation to the processes intended to serve both employees and supervisors. Always with the same goal of creating an environment in which employees feel valued and are able to perform to the best of their ability.
