Our selection procedure for factory workers is usually as follows: 

1. Screening of the curriculum vitae (CV) and covering letter by HR.  
2. A quick call might be scheduled with the candidate. 
3. First interview with the Head of Department and/or HR. During this first interview, the candidate will also receive a tour of the production facilities. 
4. Trial day - This is a two-hour trial to introduce the employee to the tasks associated with the role.  
5. If the trial day is successful: start with a temporary employment contract. 

-> Application through temping agency? Fixed period or temporary contract, depending on the contractual agreements with the temping agency.  

-> Direct application? Minimum of 1 month on a temporary contract.
